Lacey Raymond

Lacey is a senior manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice focused on strategy and transformation within the Department of Defense. In addition to delivering client services within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, she leads external affairs for Deloitte’s Military Spouse Initiative, a program that supports, attracts, and retains high-talent military spouses through transition support and career development.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Lacey served as special assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Defense (GS-15), advising on force readiness, military and civilian personnel recruitment and retention, Military Health System cost and quality of care requirements, and business optimization efforts across the Department's core management functions.
