What does gender equality mean to you?
International Women’s Day (IWD) is a day dedicated by the UN to celebrate women; IWD has been celebrated on March 8 in the US since 1909 and Internationally since 1911. Globally, we have come a long way since the early 1900s, but there is still more to do. This year, Deloitte will celebrate International Women’s Day by acknowledging the achievements of women across the world, and encouraging further advancement of women in all walks of life through a video we compiled of our member firm practitioners across the globe who are committed to these efforts.
