Alex is an experienced Strategist who has helped clients with their most strategic issues at the Board and CXO levels over the last fifteen plus years, with a market focus on shaping the most pressing market issues, with a depth of experience in Automotive, CB&T and TMT.
He specialises in formulating Corporate and BU Strategy, as well as Business Model Design, helping organisations address their most complex problems and make better-informed choices, distinctively by infusing the analytical rigour with creativity to create a more robust and cohesive strategy formulation approach, applying all things Digital and Design.
He is currently practising in the Turnaround & Restructuring and Mergers & Acquisitions arm within Deloitte's Financial Advisory business, to create value by bringing the strategic lens to clients facing distressed, special and transactional situations, with a focus on the Automotive Industry.
