Previously leading PwC's Consulting and Government Healthcare practices in Western Australia, he chaired major care providers and advised on system reforms. 

At Deloitte, Justin led Health and Human Services Consulting, serving as Market Business Lead Partner in WA and later as National Consulting Healthcare Lead. Recognised for his collaborative approach, he empowers teams to achieve objectives and make positive impacts for clients and communities.
