Kevin leads our Financial Services practice and is a partner in our M&A Transaction Services practice based in Sydney. He has over 20 years’ experience in Australia, Asia and Europe with a deep industry focus on Financial Services. He has significant cross border experience and specialises in advising clients in respect of potential acquisitions and/or divestments, as well as IPOs and other forms of capital raisings. He has deep knowledge of financial services and infrastructure M&A sectors.
