Nargiz Ibrahimova is a Head of Deloitte Academy.
Nargiz has graduated from Baku State University in 2008. She later completed HR certification program of Certified Institute of Personnel and Development of UK and became Associate Member of CIPD. In 2022, Nargiz completed the master's program on the dual degree between George Washington University and ASPU in Educational Management. She has overall 12 years of experience in Big four, training, banking and retail companies operating in Azerbaijan. Her main areas of expertise are HR and L&D.
