Koen is Managing Partner Growth. He is a member of the Deloitte Belgium Executive Committee.
In this role, he leads different market initiatives to bring the best of Deloitte to our clients across different dimensions, such as industries, business sectors, strategic growth themes, and executive platforms. This results in sustainable growth. He continues to serve as Engagement Partner and Lead Client Service Partner for a number of organisations that make considerable impact on Belgian economy and society. He is a partner in Deloitte’s Global Employer Services (GES) practice in Belgium and has more than 20 years of experience in national and international tax, social security, and payroll matters. Koen serves a variety of multinational companies but primarily those in the pharmaceutical and advanced materials sectors. This knowledge was fundamental in his role as Global Lead for one of our US-based flagship clients. From 2015 to 2023, Koen was the Talent Partner for Tax & Legal in Belgium. In this role, he drove the development and execution of the Talent strategy and initiatives for the Tax & Legal team.
He now supports multinational clients with global or regional headquarters in Belgium. In addition, Koen is also a frequent presenter at external and internal seminars, focusing on the future of work and remote work. Until recently, he was also the Tax & Legal Leader for the Life Sciences Industry in Belgium.
