Dimitar Ganev is currently a Director of the Global Investment and Innovation Incentives (Gi3) team. A seasoned lawyer with 13 years in project financing, his extensive experience spans both public and private sectors, managing a variety of European projects funded by grants. Dimitar is proficient in public procurement, state aid, financial corrections, financial instruments, management and control systems, audit, strategic planning, and structural reforms. He offers valuable consultation to enterprises of all sizes regarding European Structural and Investment Funds, centralized EC programs, Norwegian grants, and the Financial Mechanism of the EEA. In addition to this, Dimitar is also a certified mediator and an ‘Internal Auditor in the Public Sector’.
Dimitar holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.
