Zvezdelina holds a Master’s degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski since 2000 and a Master’s degree in Economics, Public Finances from University of National and World Economy since 2009. She is registered as industrial property representative with the Bulgarian Patent Office and EUIPO.
