Marc Perron, FCPA

As member of the Deloitte Canada and Chile Board of Directors and Vice-Chair, Marc is focused on extending Deloitte’s impressive position of market leadership. In this capacity he brings the power of our full firm to the market to support our clients and communities.

He just completed his term as Chief Client Officer where he led Canada and Chile’s client and industry agenda, driving the go-to-market strategy and encompassing programs. He was part of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. He was also a member of Deloitte Global’s Clients & Industries Executive.

Beforehand, Marc served as Managing Partner for the Quebec Region. During his 4 year-term, Deloitte consolidated its position as a true market leader by developing new services and innovative solutions to better serve our clients while finding ways to further engage our people and offer them new experiences.

He also previously served as chief of staff for the Office of the Managing Partner and Chief Executive (MP&CE) of Deloitte Canada. In this role, he assumed a broad range of responsibilities to help the MP&CE and executive team lead the firm.

He has 30 years of experience providing audit and consulting services to a diverse client base. He has extensive experience in major corporate transactions and public filings (IPOs; prospectuses; and takeover bids and information circulars in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations).
