Raymond Outar

Drawing from over 20 years of experience, Ray leads the software as a service (SaaS) practice of the Omnia AI, Deloitte’s artificial intelligence practice. He specializes in large-scale data management and integration programs in the financial services industry, with experience in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Most recently, Ray was the delivery and deployment lead for innovative reporting solutions to financial services, aerospace performance, and professional sporting initiatives.

Ray brings a technical depth to his work on databases, data warehouses, and reporting solution methodologies. His work is fuelled by extensive experience in executive reporting and dashboards, ETL (extract, transform, load) design, and operationalizing critical reports. His wide-ranging industry knowledge of the financial services spans mainframe and distributed systems, retail/commercial products to finance, implementation, and strategy initiatives.
