Adrian Batty

Adrian serves as the Global Family Enterprise leader for Deloitte Private. He leads a team of tax professionals to recognize the distinctive requirements of privately held businesses, family enterprises, private equity funds, portfolio companies, and emerging growth companies. 

Adrian has over 33 years of experience (22 as a Partner) and specialises in providing tax, accounting and commercial advice to families and the businesses they own and control. His expertise extends to managing governance, family dynamics and generational change in family groups. He has significant experience in assisting clients through complex business challenges and has an advisory role on many family company Boards. 

Adrian is also a Member of the Australian Firm’s C100 leadership groups and a keen advocate for Deloitte Private Australia’s Best Managed Company program.

Adrian works across a number of sectors and has significant experience in wholesale and retail.
