Andy DeGregorio | Bermuda

Andy has U.S. tax experience working with corporate and partnership clients both globally and domestically in the U.S. He has served various clients within the financial services industry including insurance, reinsurance, private equity, banks and hedge funds.

He has worked on a range of projects including; ASC 740 tax provision process establishment, cross-border transactions consulting, financial service company U.S. tax compliance, OECD BEPS initiatives, and FATCA/CRS advisory. Andy has experience in US and foreign tax reporting requirements, tax authority dispute resolution, accounting for income taxes and tax efficient restructuring.

Andy graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a B.S. in accounting and received an M.S. in accountancy from North Carolina State University. He is a licensed CPA.
