Volunteering

We are committed to developing our people as quality professionals in our field and as caring citizens in our community. We strongly encourage our people to provide voluntary service for local communities. The Voluntary Community Service Leave Program (VCSL) is available to all permanent employees, in which our firm provides the opportunity for each staff to have eight hours of company time annually to engage in voluntary community service.

Major community programs

We encourage our staff to engage in our national and regional community programs supported by the Firm, such as National IMPACT Day, national service trips, a, Hubei Hope School Project, Bai Nian Vocational School Program, Pass the Torch Mentoring Program and many other local community events.
