Deloitte elaborates how to seize consumers' needs in digital age

Organized by China Chain Store & Franchise Association, the “2015 China Retail Leadership Summit” was successfully held in Wuhan on Nov 5th. The Summit is themed on “ Change, Integration & Rebuild the values in Retail”, around 300 retail leaders participated in this event to discuss about the challenges and difficulties in current retail environment, as well as the development of the industry during the transformation. Christine Ahn, the Managing Partner of Strategy & Operation, Deloitte China, delivered a speech on how to recalibrate value proposition to meet consumer expectations in new digital age by sharing the recent studies of “Navigating the Digital Divide – Addressing the involving needs of Chinese Customers ”, a whitepaper issued by Deloitte China Consumer Products and Retail industry. David Lung, Managing Partner of Deloitte China Retail Consumer Products and Retail Industry, also participated in the event and exchanged views with retail leaders.  

“China Retail Leadership Summit” is the most influential convention with highest profile of China retail industry, and it’s attendance are senior executives from top domestic and international retail and consumer products enterprises.
