Summary of Tax Measures
Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po, delivered the 2024/25 budget speech on 28 February 2024. A deficit of HK$101.6 billion for 2023/24 is expected and fiscal reserves to reach HK$733.2 billion by 31 March 2024.
