She has 10 years of experience working with organisational transformations across industries and functions. Ylva’s primary focus is organisational analysis, design, implementation (incl. workforce transition) and strategic change management. She has been responsible for and involved in a wide range of consulting assignments including strategic change in organisational transformations, workforce transition, organisation design, shared services, operating model development, performance management, core process harmonisation and compliance.
