Deloitte has advised Kemira in the divestment of its Oil & Gas business

We are proud to announce that we have advised Kemira in the successful divestment of its Oil & Gas business to Sterling Specialty Chemicals LLC. The scope of the transaction includes Kemira’s manufacturing facilities and assets in the US and EMEA.

Deloitte advised Kemira on carve-out perimeter definition, financial, tax and carve-out due diligence, as well as carve-out design, planning and Day1 readiness of the deal.
