Deloitte Ghana, as part of our 75th anniversary celebration, held a dinner at the Kempinski Hotel, Accra to bring together staff, clients and partners, among others, to celebrate the company’s success and achievements through the years.

Speaking at the dinner, which also had in attendance government officials and various corporate heads, Deloitte Africa CEO, Ruwayda Redfearn commended the Deloitte Ghana team for its outstanding and consistent performance over the years, which has contributed immensely to the country’s economy and rendered valued service to companies. She urged them to never forget the company’s principle of ‘Purpose Beyond Profit’, as it will guide all staff to work in a more responsive and responsible manner to bring change in society. “As society’s expectations on the role of business increase, responsible leadership must be responsive leadership – embracing a mindset of Purpose Beyond Profit helps us address this heightened call for action.

Also speaking at the dinner, Our Country Managing Partner, Daniel Kwadwo Owusu, who reiterated to the Deloitte staff the value of hard work and commitment; saying these are the very qualities which have contributed to the success of Deloitte Ghana over the years.
