Jennifer is a Senior Manager within the Technology, Media and Entertainment (TME) Regulatory and Legal practice at Deloitte. She is a specialist leader who advises global TME clients on regulatory risk, compliance management, trust and safety transformations, and evolving internet regulations. Jennifer is at the forefront of emerging regulations impacting the TME sector and applies her knowledge of leading practice compliance programs to solve clients’ most complex regulatory challenges.
As new rules evolve for the Internet, Jennifer advises clients on regulatory requirements governing online content and behavior, consumer protection, competition, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and more; designing and deploying global regulatory compliance programs; designing regulatory change management processes; conducting global regulatory compliance risk assessments and audits; mitigating and managing risks and issues; and designing and implementing risk and compliance tech solutions.
