I love that Deloitte Analytics enables me to delve deeply into data and produce outputs that are objective and can positively impact strategic and tactical decision making. I have long held the belief that analytic insights are fundamental to business success.
My background is in understanding and using data in business planning and managing customer relationships. When I joined Deloitte UK, I brought expertise in the creation of data-led solutions in acquiring and retaining customers across diverse business sectors. Since joining, I have gained the opportunity to leverage my skills in transformational business change programs. I help organizations leverage their data to provide insights that drive decision making.
I support the Partners leading Deloitte’s analytics offering for the Customer and Growth team in the UK. This involves developing our industry-specific propositions and go-to-market plans, along with leading some of our flagship engagements in this area. I focus on clients in the telecommunication, media, and leisure industries.
My most memorable project was designing and implementing a product selection tool for a publishing company. The tool was rolled out across the country and ultimately integrated into their Customer Relationship Management suite.
