I have two roles at Deloitte: managing director of the Center for Corporate Governance, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL); and leader of DTTL’s Public Policy program. For corporate governance, I lead a network of 30 member firms that engage with boards of directors and audit committees of our clients. In my policy role, I lead 30+ member firms in engaging with policymakers on issues of importance to the Deloitte global network, e.g., corruption, trade, and women in business.
