Jolyon Barker is the global lead for Deloitte's Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Industry. He is a Cambridge graduate and completed an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. Since 1994, Jolyon has focused on consulting in the TMT sector. He specializes in the delivery of strategic and operational advice, in particular broadcast media, business and consumer publishing, fixed and mobile communications, and the technology sector.

Doubling up on pay-TV
Deloitte predicts that by the end of 2014 up to 50 million homes around the world will have two or more separate pay-television subscriptions. A further ten million homes will receive premium programming as part of their subscription to another service, such as broadband.
