Shay Lamdon
Director, Insurance Sector Leader
Shay Lamdon is a Director in Deloitte Israel’s Risk Advisory practice. He provides advisory services in different aspects of IT and business processes. He is a driving force in leading projects which include the implementation of end-to-end IT solutions, designing accounting policy, and the future architecture of the IT systems. Shay’s ability to both manage and motivate employees, along with his multi-disciplinary background allow him and his team to produce tangible results within a variety of sectors.
Currently, Shay is leading Deloitte Israel's IFRS 17 implementations projects; he oversees the integration between business requirements along with the IT implementation processes.
Shay is a CPA with both an MBA in Finance and a BA in Accounting, Business Management and Business Technologies from The College of Management Academic Studies.
