Roxana joined Deloitte in 2015, and currently serves as Director in the Human Capital Services for different industries (e.g. FSI, professional services, manufacturing, real estate, EU institutions, Pharma, TMT etc.).
She has extensive experience in Organization Transformation and Change Management services – especially in FSI, EU, manufacturing industry on global and local transformation programs. Roxana has developed programs not only in Luxembourg but also France, Malta, UK, Switzerland, Romania and the Republic of Moldova. Her main area of interest is supporting people and organizations to change and grow as part of large transformation programs.
She holds an Executive MBA from the University of Sheffield, UK and a Maîtrise en droit from Paris I “Panthéon Sorbonne” University, France and a PROSCI certification. She is Romanian native speaker, fluent in English and has good knowledge of French.
