Build the future workforce by balancing technical and soft skills

• Reskill existing talent by improving employee’s soft skills; creativity, emotional intelligence and cognitive flexibility will be the most important throughout the next three years
• Provide opportunities for employees to develop soft skills through on the job learning

Embrace and promote enterprise agility

• Apply the Agile methodology across the enterprise; i.e. in areas beyond software to create an organisation that is more flexible and adaptable to constant change
• Make the necessary changes in architecture, funding models and governance
• Offer a spectrum of learning methods, e.g. TED talks and podcasts
