Speakers Profiles

Nor Suhana Sulaiman
Audit & Assurance Partner, Deloitte Malaysia

Suhana has more than 17 years of experience with the Audit practice in Deloitte. She has been involved in various audit assignments comprising clients ranging from government agencies, small, limited companies to public listed companies and multinational corporations in property developer, manufacturing, F&B, transportation, petrochemical, engineering, trading and service industries.

Apart from her audit practice, Suhana also had 6 years' experience heading the Finance Department of a public listed company in Malaysia in the manufacturing sector. Within the 6 years period, she led several projects with other senior management for cost-cutting and business streamlining, profit improvements, standardisation of SOP, capital reduction and rights issue, loan restructuring, ERP and setting up of a shared services function.

In the role of Chief Financial Officer, Suhana reported directly to the Chairman of the Group and Audit Committee. There she led the Risk Management Working Group of that public listed company, which reports directly to Risk Management Committee member.

Suhana is involved in financial statements audit in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States of America (US GAAP) and on SOX compliance.

She is also involved in business advisory engagement on restructuring exercise for one of the major GLCs in Johor and accounting review service engagements on top of various Agreed-Upon Procedures engagement for client’s submission to government authorities.

She currently offers Disruptive Events Assurance (i.e IPO readiness) and provides business advisory services to clients.

Suhana is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and CPA Australia.
 

Mankin Tran
Head of Sales, Asia, Workiva

Mankin leads the Workiva sales organisation for the Asia market. Based in Singapore, Mankin supports all major and key customers across the region to transform and automate their digital reporting processes.

He brings over 22 years of experience in the IT/software industry, and has managed different areas of the business, including sales, pre-sales, and professional services. Prior to Workiva, he was managing the Digital Native and Emerging segment for Salesforce. He is also an ex-Oracle and Microsoft, and has worked closely with clients across Asia and Europe.


Yeji Kim
Head of Solution Engineering, Asia, Workiva

Yeji is the Head of Solution Engineering in Workiva covering Asia Pacific, with a remarkable background in sales engineering and consulting. With a talent for simplifying complex reporting process and presenting it in a straightforward manner, she has an exceptional ability to connect with her audience.

In the field of sustainability, she has been involved in promoting the importance of sustainability in business strategy and operations. She is currently a level 2 candidate of Fundamental Sustainability Accounting from IFRS Foundation, and is passionate in sharing her knowledge and experience in sustainability and technology.
