Tan Yu Min

Yu Min has more than 25 years of public accounting experience in Malaysia, where she specialises in providing in audit, assurance and other business advisory services. Her clients include government-linked companies (GLCs), government agencies, economic region authorities, local and foreign public listed companies (Malaysia, Vietnam and Singapore) and multinational corporations from various industries including energy and resources, property investment and development, manufacturing and technology, plantation, hospitality, retail, edutainment and consumer products.

She has significant experience in providing assurance services for corporate exercises and financial reporting to meet regulatory compliance. She has deep advisory experience and has led pre-IPO diagnostic assessments, corporate transformation, risk management, internal controls, and other corporate governance advisory work. She is also involved in IFRS compliance assessment and workshop and reporting accountant work for corporate exercises.

Yu Min is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), United Kingdom, and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor.
