As a Partner within Audit & Assurance, I work on key real estate accounts and contribute to our real estate network. Additionally, I take responsibility for the Real Estate community within Financial Services Industry (FSI) in my role as COO of the Real Estate MT and make sure that the FSI audit practice is ready for the latest ESG developments. My personal mission is to create inclusive, innovative, purpose-led audits that deliver the best to each client, put people in a central position and make a positive contribution to society. Our clients benefit from our shared experience of challenges, trends and opportunities, and we strive to expand our market-leading position to the listed real-estate investors domain

Writing and presenting compelling proposals, acting in formal audit committees or supervisory boards, and building the real estate practice have all helped lead me to personal growth within the business and organisation. I am proud of developing qualities such as self-awareness, professionalism, integrity and positivity over the course of my career, and leading with infectious enthusiasm.
