I lead Deloitte New Zealand’s Government and Public Sector practice.
As a risk advisory partner, my passion lies in strengthening organisational and programme governance, risk management and accountability, focusing on effectiveness and efficiency. I’ve had the privilege of leading organisational assessments and financial management reviews for central agencies, regulators and funding agencies including scrutiny of financial and operational management practices, quality of spend and the adequacy and robustness of performance information and reporting.
I’ve also worked closely with clients to build the capability and performance of their risk, quality, internal assurance, provider audit and external regulatory and compliance functions.
Supporting leaders to ensure their organisational policies are fit for purpose and that service and corporate processes are designed right and work well in a content of change and complexity is my key interest and focus.
