Deloitte Legal advised Bank Pekao S.A. on the facilities for Student Depot for its new projects in Warsaw and Kraków

The proceeds will be used, among other thing, for the construction and development of two private dormitories in Warsaw and Cracow. Deloitte Legal team advised on all aspects of the transaction, in particular with regard to the finance documents and the comprehensive due diligence review of the borrowers’ title to the properties.

Student Depot (a subsidiary of Kajima Europe and Griffin Capital Partners) owns the first and the biggest network of private premium dormitories in six Polish major cities.
