Deloitte expands its M&A legal advisory team

Mirjana Mladenovic, independent attorney-at-law, started practicing in cooperation with Deloitte. It is our response to the growing demand for M&A legal advisory services from our clients and yet another confirmation of the continued development of Deloitte’s legal advisory capabilities on the market.

Mirjana has over 15 years of experience as an M&A and corporate lawyer. In her professional career, she has advised large international clients on the most prominent transactions in Serbia and Montenegro. Mirjana has extensive experience in the areas of M&A, corporate, commercial, banking & finance, and insolvency & restructuring.
