Deloitte Ukraine Consumer Behavior Survey

The onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion has had a significant impact on all areas of our lives. Inflation, rising prices, disrupted supply chains, and rising unemployment have also affected the consumer behavior of Ukrainians.

Deloitte Ukraine explored how the full-scale invasion has affected the consumer sentiment of Ukrainians, what they were buying in 2022, their attitude to goods associated with Russia, how much they donated to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, what products they were buying less to save money, and what they were willing to spend more on.

The Ukraine Consumer Sentiment After the Full-Scale Invasion is the third annual study of consumer behavior when choosing different categories of products.

Deloitte Ukraine Human Capital Management Approaches Survey

The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham Ukraine), together with AmCham member company Deloitte Ukraine, conducted the survey on the Approaches to Human Capital Management in Ukraine.

The survey aimed to understand the current challenges for employers in Ukraine in managing human capital and the current actions of organizations and priorities for 2023.

Survey on the Impact of War on Approaches to Human Capital Management

The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham Ukraine), together with AmCham member company Deloitte Ukraine, conducted the Survey on the Impact of War on Approaches to Human Capital Management.

The Survey aimed to identify the challenges that employers faced in Ukraine in terms of human capital management during the war and investigate the adjusted HR priorities and practices as a response to the new reality.

44 respondents took part in the Survey conducted on April 6 – May 13. Top managers, HR function leaders, and other AmCham Ukraine member companies' managers from various industries filled in the Survey.

The Center for Excellence in Procurement of the Kyiv School of Economics in partnership with Deloitte Ukraine and Odgers Berndtson conducted the Procurement Leaders of Ukraine Survey 2021, which is the first survey of procurement leaders in Ukraine. The survey was to compare and summarize the industries, strategies, and methods for effective procurement planning in 2021, as well as to promote best practices and the cutting-adge solutions in operational management.

COVID-19 Ukraine Business Impact Survey: 6 Months of Lockdown

It’s the third survey by AmCham Ukraine and Deloitte Ukraine during the COVID-19 pandemic aimed at assessing how 6-month quarantine affected businesses in Ukraine. 100 representatives out of 94 AmCham Ukraine member companies took part in the survey, conducted in the second half of September 2020. Almost half of the survey respondents are CEOs (49%). The majority of the respondents (86%) are representatives of the C-suite.
