Finance for the Future Awards 2021

Making an impact on businesses and society alike

Engrained in all our work is our global commitment to being a responsible business and doing what matters most, for our clients, our people and society. As part of this commitment, we are proud to partner with ICAEW and A4S to deliver the Finance for the Future Awards. These international awards promote, recognise and share best practice on the role of accounting for sustainability.

We believe that finance functions have an enviable perspective, with a holistic view of the business, making them pivotal in embedding long-term sustainability.

As a firm, we seek to drive higher standards of governance and it is through all this and more that we support our clients’ success and foster sustainable economic growth and a more prosperous society.

The 2021 awards

Three awards are open to organisations and their finance functions: innovative project; embedding an integrated approach; and communicating integrated thinking. One award is open to investors, financial services and similar organisations: moving financial markets; and one award is open to individuals, groups of individuals and organisations: the Jeffrey Unerman award for driving change in the financial community.

As 2021 is a pivotal year for climate change, culminating in COP26, the judges will also present an additional award recognising climate leadership, with the winner being selected from this year’s finalists across all categories, based on the significance of climate leadership to each entry.

The 2021 awards are open for entry until 28 May 2021
