Our strategy and capital programmes colleagues blend a range of consulting, finance, construction and property skills to address the most complex real estate-related business challenges.

Our real estate strategy and capital programmes colleagues advise investors, corporate occupiers and government departments on their complex real estate-related business issues. Recent notable projects have included advising the Ministry of Defence on a new approach to providing accommodation to service personnel and advising various corporate occupiers on the best way to deliver major new HQ facilities.

As a highly multi-disciplinary team, including construction, engineering, finance and property professionals, we deliver highly tailored, holistic solutions which fully align with our clients’ wider strategic aims.

The team’s expertise encompasses the following key focus areas: real estate strategy, capital programme and construction advisory, workplace consulting, procurement advisory and real estate technology.

Currently encompassing over 100 colleagues, the team recruits at all levels of experience, from experienced consultants through to those just leaving university, with our graduates working towards the CIMA qualification.
