Deloitte University, the Leadership Center

Demonstrating a significant investment in our people, Deloitte University opened in 2011. This project is lead by professional across a number of Internal Services groups, including Real Estate and Workplace Strategies, Information Technology, and Learning & Development.

What does Internal Services really do?

Information Technology Services (ITS) provides internal Information Technology solutions and support for Deloitte. This includes the development of custom enterprise web and ERP applications, IT Infrastructure, and Technology Support.

Our Finance organizations are responsible for all financial matters concerning Deloitte. This includes financial planning, analysis, reporting, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll and tax. Deloitte’s Treasury has primary responsibility for cash management, financial risk and debt compliance.

The primary responsibility of Field Operations is to provide services to our Deloitte professional as they serve our external clients. Any discussion with an administrative assistant, document that needs proofreading, catering request, workspace or conference room reservations – these are the types of services provided by our Field Operations organization. Security badging, hoteling, our internal call center and records management are only a few of the other services provided by our Field Operations professionals.

Our Clients & Markets organization supports our client service teams’ execution of the U.S. firms’ strategies. Clients & Markets professionals play a key role in helping our engagement teams deliver superior value and service to our clients. Through a coordinated, client-centric approach, Clients & Markets brings together the elements of extraordinary client service, focusing on areas such as: the clients program, new business pursuits, strategic marketing and sales, industry sector knowledge and insights, and country-specific focus for Asian companies.

Our additional Enabling Areas are comprised of teams that help us better serve our client service teams, such as: Communications, Public Relations, Strategy, Research & Innovation, Strategic Relationship Management, and many others. These teams are include specialists in their fields and possess deep knowledge within their disciplines and industry sectors.

Our Talent Channel is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. Our Talent professionals work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs, learning and development initiatives, strategic performance management and deployment assignments, health and wellness programs and effective reporting and analytics.
