2016 marks Deloitte’s 4th annual Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch (DWLL) conference. Apply for your opportunity to discover what it means to “Own It. Lead It. Live It.”


Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch will provide you with the chance to learn the importance of becoming a female leader in today’s work environment, while preparing you for your career as a woman and a rising MBA candidate. You will be introduced to peers and industry thought leaders, allowing you the opportunity to share ideas and start to build your own broad network of professionals—the women who will help you to customize your career and achieve your goals.

As outlined in the eligibility requirements, we are looking to select a diverse set of talented and high-performing first-year female MBA candidates to join us at this year’s conference, hosted at our state of the art Deloitte University facilities.

Date: January 8-10, 2016

Location: Deloitte University, Westlake, TX

Deloitte will pay for: Airfare, lodging, meals, local transportation

​Out of hundreds that apply to attend the Deloitte Women’s Leadership Launch, we accept a select group of exemplary women. Applicants should meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • A member of the class of 2017 at a full-time US MBA program (members of part-time and accelerated programs are not eligible)
  • 2-5 years of work experience preferred
  • History of superior personal achievement in academics and work
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills
