David is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and has more than 25 years of experience advising senior executive teams and boards of directors, typically of large, global clients, on issues of improving shareholder returns.
David is a trusted advisor to many Fortune 500 CFOs and other finance executives. In addition, with a strong background in mergers & acquisitions, he has led many consulting projects involving some of the world’s largest, most complex life sciences, high tech and telecommunications integrations and divestitures.
David holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.Sc. in Management from the University of Oxford and an A.B. in Government from Harvard University. He resides in New York and is an avid triathlete and cyclist.
