Jennifer J. Walcott leads the US National Government and Public Services (GPS) Industry, which serves the government at all levels (federal, state, and local), higher education institutions, and non-profit agencies across the U.S. This team works with some of the most unique clients in the world to help organizations operate more efficiently and innovate with modern engineering, data, and AI to deliver services to millions of people and their families.
Jennifer leads with a breadth of cross-functional and industry-specific client service leadership experience. For over twenty-five years, Jennifer has been immersed in mission-centric work supporting every federal Cabinet-level agency as well as more than ten states. Jennifer’s professional experience focuses on supporting clients with shared services implementation, outsourcing strategy, process optimization, and operating model design to enable large scale technology transformation.
In her former roles with Deloitte, Jennifer led the Deloitte GPS businesses that develop innovative market capabilities and solutions to meet the emerging needs of Deloitte’s GPS clients. She formerly served as the Strategy and Transformation Leader for the GPS Industry.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Williams College and a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Outside of Deloitte, Jennifer drew on her experience as a lifelong dancer and served five years on the Board of BalletNova as a co-chair of the Development Committee. BalletNova is a nationally recognized non-profit ballet conservatory in Northern Virginia that serves the community with training, performances, and outreach programs.
