Kathleen Purtill

Kathleen is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services practice and the Federal Civil Government sector leader. She is a former US Navy officer with more than 20 years of experience in government consulting focusing on delivering enterprise transformation primarily to government clients.

As the former leader of Deloitte’s US Navy account, Kathleen managed a portfolio of high-profile projects, including supporting the Navy as it prepares for its first ever audit, and implementing cutting-edge technology to redesign its supply chain to deliver mission-critical supplies to warfighters in austere environments. She also assisted the Navy as it redesigned, transformed and modernized its entire talent model for the first time in over 70 years.

Kathleen earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Villanova University. She had the fortune to return to Villanova to teach Leadership and Ethics while also earning her Master’s in Business Administration.
