Kate is a principal with Deloitte Consulting and a strategic advisor to governments, business leaders, and international organizations on the policies, institutions, and capacity needed to achieve inclusive economic growth, create resilient communities, spur private sector development, employ youth, empower women, and scale entrepreneurship. Based in Washington D.C., Kate is responsible for developing and leading a global portfolio of international technical assistance programs.
