Mark White

Mark currently heads Deloitte’s Government and Public Services Strategy & Analytics Assets group, leading the development of advanced analytic and data assets and businesses. He is advancing capabilities and adoption for advanced analytics, AI, Service Design, and Blockchain distributed consensus ledger solutions.

He has served clients in Federal, State, Financial Services, Real Estate, High Tech, Telecommunications, and other industries. His professional focus areas are technology trends and innovation, and architecting, developing, and delivering critical mission solutions for our clients.

Mr. White has served in multiple leadership roles, including CTO for US Consulting, Global Consulting, US Federal, and Consulting Innovation. He led the US Platform Architecture & Infrastructure service line and was lead IT Principal on the Department of Homeland Security and Citigroup accounts, Delivery Principal for major Federal programs, and Engagement Principal for Global 100 Financial Services firms.

His engagement focus areas include emerging technologies, innovation, AI and advanced analytics, CIO strategy, services architectures, IT service management, operations engineering, and data center design and consolidation. Mark is a frequent speaker at US and global conferences and is regularly quoted in the media discussing the impact of technology on business and government.

Mr. White earned a BS in Computer Science with a concentration in Systems Architecture, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Georgia. He also earned a Masters of Applied Mathematical Sciences with a concentration in Operations Research from the University of Georgia.
