Based in New York, Ali Bandeali is a vice president with Deloitte Corporate Finance, focusing on M&A and capital raise transactions in the general industrials and packaging sectors. Prior to joining DCF, Ali was an analyst at a boutique investment bank in Chicago.
He has more than 10 years of experience executing a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A including sale transactions on behalf of family-owned and sponsor-backed businesses, buyside advisory for private equity acquisitions, and public/private company divestitures.
Ali graduated from Macalester College with a B.A. in Economics.
