Matt is an associate director in the global employer services team and has been with Deloitte for over 15 years. He has experience in individual and expatriate taxation, employees’ tax and global employee share plans.
Matt spent four and a half years in London with Deloitte’s Global Share Plan team before returning to South Africa, Johannesburg in 2013. He has brought his international knowledge and experience back to South Africa to focus on technology solutions for the management of mobile employees with specific emphasis on global employee share plans, global mobility transformation and global mobility compensation management.
