Nwabisa has worked on a number of multinational companies advising them on various corporate tax issues such as permanent establishments, withholding taxes, tax accrual reviews, preparation of corporate income tax returns, to name a few. She also has experience in providing tax advisory on the tax considerations for multinational entities (MNEs) seeking to operate in South Africa and Sub-Sahara Africa. This includes advising on the risk of the MNEs creating a taxable presence in various jurisdictions, the tax landscape in various jurisdictions, tax tax planning and utilisation of tax credits.
