Tumelo has over 19 years’ experience in market-based economic incentives including developing, reviewing, evaluating and researching incentives for various stakeholders which includes the Department of Trade and Industry and international stakeholders, such as the World Bank; the British Council, the Department for International Development and the European Union. She is also responsible for advising and assisting manufacturing and service sector clients in leveraging development finance for investment projects and general business operations.
