The design, construction and operation of The Ridge represents exemplar greenbuilding design. It has been awarded with a 6-Star LEED rating by the GreenBuilding Council of South Africa (GBCSA), and is the third building in Africa to beawarded a 6-Star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of SouthAfrica (GBCSA). The Prestigious World Architecture News (WAN) Awards hasawarded the building Gold for the Best Sustainable Building globally, within the commercial category. The Ridge also secured Bronze for the Best Designbuilding globally.

The Ridge has a strong focus on the comfort, safety and productivity for ourpeople and the public. The perception of comfort promotes and contributes toa functional and productive workspace.
