Deloitte supports persons with disabilities
Training in Prishtina begins for persons with disabilities in accounting
Deloitte Kosova started the training in basic accounting in its offices in Prishtina for 14 persons with disabilities and persons working in organisations supporting persons with disabilities.
The company experts from office in Kosova have created a tailored teaching programme for persons with disability to equip them with skills in basic accounting. As a result they will be able to continue working as bookkeepers and accountants wherever these jobs are available in Kosovo.
Staff of organizations working with persons with disabilities also benefitted from the training. They will be able to improve the financial performance of their organizations, therefore increasing capacity building within the organizations.
The two day training offered by Deloitte will be followed by other trainings in taxation area in 2015.
