Deloitte Albania, a real contribution to Talents & Education in Albania

We are enthusiastic to announce that with the initiative and strong support of Deloitte Albania on 23 November 2015 have started two unified Professional Master Programs in “Finance, Accounting & Auditing” and in “IT Business Processes Management” designed by University of Tirana and University of Turin, both programs are accredited and approved by Ministry of Education and Sports.

As Deloitte Albania our aim was to concretely and strongly contribute to a better education of young generation and enhancing of best talents in their path towards success. We are fully engaged that with our contribution with these two Masters will help talents reach their full potential and be able to enter more easily the market after graduation.

With this initiative, we also will bring our Employer Brand to the next level by acting not as consumers of new talents in terms of employment, but as well as a contributors in preparing and developing their knowledge and practical skills during their studies according to professional services market needs and developments. Almost 15 of our experienced team members are cooperating with University of Tirana lecturers in revising the studies curricula according to market needs and development as well as in practical teaching activities. We wish a successful academic year to all the students enrolled, as well as to our team members engaged in this ambitious project.
