Florina Hajdini

Florina is a Senior Consultant at the Tax and Legal Department in Deloitte Kosova. Florina joined Kosova’s labour force in early 2009 as a Researcher and has since then built a diverse experience, specializing in Project Management and Management Consulting. Prior to joining Deloitte in May 2022, Florina worked in various institutions and organizations, including DAI Europe (England), Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Lecturer at RITK and Trainer of Management for various institutions.

Florina holds a BA in International Relations and Psychology from Webster University, Geneva., an MA from Sussex University in Contemporary European Studies and is a certified Project Manager from UCLA.
